Sign-Up Information You are invited to join The Turbine Swim Club of Lewis County. Please visit us at practice or call with questions. We’d love to have you join us! Swimmers will need a practice suit, cap & goggles. No school - no practice. **Modified/Varsity athletes are welcome to join before, during (with coach permission) or after the school season.
Meets: We plan to attend one meet a month. Parent transportation is needed for meets - carpooling is always on option. USA Swimming meets involve meet fees (average cost is $12-25 per meet).
Registration Cost: 2012 USA Athlete Membership $64 at the time of registration (Pre-registered swimmers $20 fee will be applied to the USA fee) Turbine Swim Club & USA registration information & links: If you have any questions, please call Coach Noelle before your register. Also, all swimmers that have not had competitive swim experience should arrange an evaluation with Coach Noelle before registering. Thank you!
1. Print Turbine Registration form (& Fee Schedule) and complete with information needed. (we send a lot of information via email so if you have an email - please provide us with that address).
2. Call Val McCall 874-4239. (Your new/updated info needs to be put into computer to generate a USA membership form for you to sign. We will email you a pdf copy.) 3. Print & Sign USA Form. 4. Return the following to Rhonda Vanucchi @ 5469 River Street, Lowville (376-3402).
5. All information will be sent into the Adirondack District USA registrar, and we will notify you when your USA card is in the mail because then you are cleared to join us in the pool. Please call Val with any questions regarding registration. New Swimmers: New swimmers will need a copy of their birth certificate to get registered. New swimmers with no competitive experience will need to be evaluated before registering with USA swimming. |
